Packaging

Packaging: standard is plastic film wrap the LED SMT machine, then load into one 20" container; Wooden box packing can be customized.

Delivery: 35-40 days after 30% T/T prepayment, buyer should come to inspect when we do test running, after testing, pay the 70% balance before delivery

Q: How can you make sure that the products won’t be damaged or wet?

A: We take multiple measures to protect the products. They are first packing with individual. We put them into a carton and wrapped with plastic film and sealed with tape to keep the cartons in position and protect them from water.

Q: Do you have oversea after sale service?
A: We can provide technical support abroad. If you have any technical problems, our engineers will provide you with timely support.Abroad, we have India office, Indian engineer, Egyptian engineer and Egyptian engineer , etc.

Q: How is the training?
A: After purchasing our machines, you can send your engineers to our factory, or we send our engineers to your factory, and then we will train your personnel to operate these machines. Online training and video tutorials. During the epidemic, if our engineers can't make it through, we also have special one-on-one online training and video tutorials.

Q: What is your actual speed of your products?

A: For the actual speed of the machine which is constrained by many factors,that relatedto the number of the components, the time to send PCB board and receive the board that will have influence on the speed when in production, and is decide for the actual products and needs.

Q: Can I go and see if you have sold the equipment to India?

A: Yes, we have sold our machine in India, but for the fact we can't decide it for my customer, but I will try to contact my customer. Hope you can understand, because no one wants their competitors to visit their manufacturing site.
