Basic flow of SMT process

1. Single-sided assembly process incoming materials, testing silk screen patch, drying, reflow soldering, cleaning, testing and finally repairing.

2. Single-sided mixed process incoming inspection, PCB A-side silk screen solder paste, patch, drying, reflow soldering, cleaning, plug-in and finally wave soldering.

3. Double-sided assembly process: incoming inspection, screen printing solder paste on the A side of the PCB, patch, drying to the A side reflow soldering, cleaning, flipping and finally to the B side screen printing solder paste of the PCB.

4. From patching to drying to reflow soldering, this process is suitable for use when large SMDs such as PLCC are mounted on both sides of the PCB.
