Details

  1. ETON tech adjustable placement head. Component picking position can be adjusted according to PCB pad pitch , min 6.5mm. Apply to LED 3014/3020/2835/5050 resistor , capacitor , bridge rectifier etc . wide component range .
  2. 2 sets of camera with suction nozzle: flight identification, detection of component adsorption state, record PCB board leakage situation. Adjust nozzle spacing.
  3. 2 sets of Feida cameras: detect whether there are components, adjust the Feida spacing
  4. 1 sets of mark cameras: Identify mark points.

  5. Two mounting modules ,18 nozzles for each mounting part , part A or part B can be mounted separately or synchronously .
