1. Requirements for mounting glue

There are two types of common LED lens mounting glue: one is UV glue, and the other is thermosetting glue, also known as thermosetting resin adhesive. Thermosetting glue is generally used for those with high quality requirements

UV adhesive, also known as photosensitive adhesive and UV curable adhesive, is a kind of adhesive that can be cured only by UV irradiation. It can be used as an adhesive, and also as a glue for paints, coatings, inks, etc. UV is ultraviolet light. UV adhesive generally needs to be equipped with an ultraviolet lamp. It can be initially cured within 1-5 seconds under the irradiation of UV lamp, and can be bonded within 20-30 seconds. UV glue can reach high intensity after being irradiated by UV lamp, which can meet the needs of automatic production line rhythm
