2. Each temperature zone adopts Taiwan Panda thermocouple to quickly and sensitively induct changes in the temperature zone, timely transmission and control, compensation of the temperature balance in the temperature zone;

3. Special solid state relay with special radiator, heat dissipation efficiency greatly improved, effectively prolong its service life; Contactless output, safe and reliable, combined with the temperature controller's unique fuzzy control function, has been monitoring the change of external temperature and heat value, with the minimum pulse control heating device, rapid response, ensure high temperature control accuracy, the temperature distribution in the machine uniform, the length of the temperature distribution in line with the IPC standard;

4. Abundant power, rapid heating, from room temperature to constant temperature about 20 minutes;

5. With temperature out of tolerance, fault diagnosis, sound and light alarm;

6. Delay shutdown protection function, even cooling after shutdown, to prevent the deformation of transmission parts caused by uneven cooling.
