Machine main features

1. PCB transport and clamping system

l The PCB loading direction can be selected and combined freely;

l Unique crafted internal gear conveyor belt to prevent jamming;

4. Operation system

l Easy to learn and easy to use friendly operation interface;

l With good human-machine dialogue function;

l Make program files with teaching and navigation functions, with prompts for each step;

l One key switch between Chinese and English, with operation log, fault record analysis and diagnosis.

5. Image and optical system

l X,Y axis adopts high-precision grinding ball screw, driven by servo motors at both side;

l The polarizer is added inside, and the mark different shapes is automatically and accurately grasped, and the upper, lower and coaxial three way uniform light sources.

Q. What is your usual payment term?

A. Our usual payment term is T/T, that requires to pay 30% in advance, and pay the balance off before the delivery of the goods.

Q. Can I go and see if you have sold the equipment to India?

A. Yes, we have sold our machine in India, but for the fact we can't decide it for my customer, but I will try to contact my customer. Hope you can understand, because no one wants their competitors to visit their manufacturing site.

Q. How many products can your machine make per day?

A. The capacity of our machine is according to the real products, and the number of components on your PCB board that is important factor to figure out the actual speed of our machine with your products.
