Difference from traditional placement machine

Led placement machines mainly need to meet the requirements of 3528 and 5050 lamp bead placement accuracy. Compared with the processing accuracy of traditional SMT placement machines, Led placement machines have lower requirements. But the Led mounter is more important for color difference control, speed, and size requirements, which requires the Led mounter to have three conditions:

1. The best efficiency can only be a piece of light board to take LED mounting on a feeder (a roll of LED material tray) (to ensure that a single LED light board has no color difference);

2. The speed of the Led placement machine must be fast, with a minimum placement speed of more than 18,000 points per hour;

3. The Led placement machine must be able to mount a PCB with a length of 1200mm at a minimum. Because a large part of Led replaces the traditional light pipe lighting, the length will greatly exceed the size of the traditional PCB.
